Creating an MPSE account

1. Visit the MPSE registration page 
2. Input an active email address, and check the Use my Email Address as my Username box
3. Click Continue Registration
4. Fill in your name, phone number, password, and security questions
5. Follow the link in the confirmation email to log into your MPSE account

Note: Upon clicking “Submit Registration” in Step 2, the page may take up to 1-2 minutes to load.

Why you need an MPSE account

An MPSE account is required to enroll in Minnesota Medicaid.

Before applying on your behalf, Headway requires MPSE account creation. Then, we'll need the login information so that we can complete the application.

Submitting your MPSE credentials to Headway

To enroll in Minnesota Medicaid through Headway, you'll need to complete an intake form. Upon completion, we'll send an email to securely collect your MPSE login information.
