Marking Sections as Confidential in Summaries
To mark portions of your transcript summary as confidential:

Navigate to the Case Summary
Open the transcript or case summary for your desired proceeding. -
Select Text or Section
Use your mouse or touchpad to highlight/select the text or section you want to mark as confidential. -
Use the Context Menu or Toolbar
- A toolbar or context menu will appear after selection.
- Click on the “Mark as Confidential” option/icon (may appear as a lock or shield).

Confirm your Selection
- Confirm the action in the dialog box if prompted.
- The selected section will be visibly highlighted or labeled as “Confidential”.

Save or Publish
Ensure to save changes. The confidential marking will be applied to any exports or shared versions of the summary. -
Removing Confidential Marks
Select the confidential section, open the context menu, and choose “Remove Confidential Mark” to clear confidentiality.
If you don’t see the option:
- Make sure you have the necessary user permissions (Attorney, Admin).
- Contact your administrator or support if the option is missing or disabled.
